Change db fieldname to reflect generic structure file data

One of fields in the islandora_compound_batch table is named 'pageptr.' We need to change this to 'child_id' or something before asking others to test the module. @mbarnes do you have any objections to using 'child_id'? Is that new field name descriptive of its use?
