Batch import compound objects not from Cdm
Currently, compound batch only supports compound batch objects that were exported from CONTENTdm using MIK and which include the .CPD structure file. Create a utility that generates a structure file from an agreed-upon file structure (as previously documented). The unix command tree -XU provides a nice structure XML file that can be used.
